Kids Classes

Our kids program brings fundamentals, fitness, and friendly sparring to build confidence, discipline, and self-defense— inspiring your child to become a young leader.

Teen Classes

Our goal is to teach teens the discipline and structure boxing demands while inspiring hard work, academic growth, and confidence in their future. We are more than a program—we are a support system where teens can excel athletically and socially.

Adult Classes

Although classes are divided into Boxing Conditioning and Fundamentals, both focus on skill development and fitness. In Boxing Conditioning, adults experience fundamentals, controlled sparring drills, and high-energy workouts, while Fundamentals classes focus on learning the basics of boxing to better understand the sport.
